Everyone an I mean EVERYONE at Team Powersports was very helpful and very friendly. I work in the automotive industry for repair and probably could have been one of their worst critic, from the word hello though they never gave me the smallest chance to be dissatisfied. I bought my '09 Vulcan 500LTD which started from e-mails, phone calls all the way to meeting them face to face for the first time. Informations was happily offered and accepted. Not only that, he had everyone in the store and shop in on my surprise and when my husband and I come in to look at the bike my husband wanted--but didn't know I had already bought--everyone cheered for him. I've not ridden dirt bikes for years and now I'm getting back into motocross with my sons. I needed someone to service my bikes and was referred to Mike Hedley by a mutual friend. I brought my motorcycle in for service and was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful experience. Mike's knowledge of motorcycles is incredible and is passionate about his job. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which he desribed in detail, the work he did on my bike. He also took the time to answer many questions I had about operating and maintaining my bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer to Team Powersports.

Phenomenal place. Purchase was smooth sailing with patience and helpful advice from my salesman and when the bike (being my first sportbike) turned out to be too much animal to drive off the lot, they found someone to trailer it to my house in Cary free of charge. Gave me tips on learning and made the whole experience great. Thousands of miles later ... I've had a good experience with their parts / service teams keeping the bike on it's A-game and answering my questions. Love the place!

I came from two other shops to Team-Powersports looking a part for my 1976 Honda that no-one seemed to have, Well by the time I arrived at Team-Powersports I had already came to the conclusion that you guys were not going to give me much help either. When I came to the counter, Thomas keeter greeted me, and went straight to work finding my part. We were not able to find the factory part I was looking for but Thomas was able to find an Aftermarket part that would work. He was VERY professional, and will get all my business from here on.

Extremely pleased with the service dept.staff. The service was fast, and I was out within an hour. A.J. was professional and polite. The mechanic that seviced my bike,(I forget his name), was courteous and explained what he had done, and what I should be taking care of in the future. I will definitely be back and refer my friends!!
